Die Erfindung betrifft zudem pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen umfassend die erfindungsgemäßen Addukte und die Verwendung der Addukte zur Solubilisierung von pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen. Demgemäß betrifft die Erfindung ferner Zusammensetzungen umfassend die erfindungsgemäßen Addukte und wenigstens einen pharmazeutischen Wirkstoff.

The invention relates to water-soluble polysaccharide-cyclodextrin additional compounds comprising one polysaccharide (PS) and at least one cyclodextrin (CD) which are linked together in a covalent manner by at least one linker group. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the claimed additional compounds and to the use of said additional compounds for solubilising pharmaceutical active substances.
